This Privacy Policy governs our parent business operations, including our decentralized paid platform, educational courses, immersive WebXR/5D environments, proprietary internal AI processing, and our corporate research focus groups.

1. Architectural Privacy Principles

HCN operates on a Privacy-by-Design and Data Minimization architecture. Unlike centralized legacy platforms:

Decentralized Authentication: We do not collect or store passwords. User access is authenticated strictly via cryptographic blockchain signatures and Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs).
Self-Sovereign Identity: You maintain primary custody of your digital identity and wallet data. HCN does not hold financial custody of your digital assets.
Isolated Intelligence: Our proprietary internal Artificial Intelligence operates in a secure, closed-loop environment. We never route user data through external open AI APIs.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum necessary data required to deliver our services, run our business operations, and conduct research:

Cryptographic & Account Data: Public wallet addresses, blockchain transaction metadata (for paid access validation), and course enrollment records.
Focus Group & Research Data: Information voluntarily provided by participants in HCN focus groups, including feedback, survey responses, recorded session transcripts (with explicit consent), and demographic insights used strictly for platform development.
Immersive Experience Data (WebXR / 5D): Transient spatial telemetry and hardware capabilities required purely to render real-time interactive, multi-dimensional virtual sessions.
User-Generated Content: General text, media, or content voluntarily posted to community areas or submitted during live sessions.
Direct Communications: Name, email, and message contents submitted through contact forms, email, or scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly) for administrative coordination.

3. What We Do Not Collect

No Centralized Credentials: No passwords or raw private keys.
No Biometric Identification: We do not process, track, or harvest biometric templates or facial/eye-tracking data from WebXR hardware.
No Surveillance Tracking: No behavioral cross-site tracking cookies, data broker integrations, or targeted advertising pixels.

4. How Information Is Used

HCN uses collected data strictly for the following purposes:

Access & Transactions: Validating blockchain signatures to grant access to paid tiers, courses, and live WebXR events.
Service Delivery: Rendering multi-dimensional (5D) content and hosting live interactive sessions.
Platform Improvement (Internal AI): Utilizing user inputs locally within our proprietary internal AI to enhance course delivery and user experience. Your data is never used to train external or commercial public AI models.
Product Development (Focus Groups): Analyzing aggregate insights from focus groups to iterate platform features, content quality, and privacy controls.
Operational Communications: Managing schedules, responding to corporate inquiries, and sending critical network updates.

5. Third-Party Services & Integrations

We limit external dependencies to essential operational tools (such as public blockchain networks and administrative scheduling software).

Public Blockchains: Transaction details are recorded on public ledger networks. By design, blockchain transactions are immutable and publicly visible.
Administrative Tools: Third-party integrations (e.g., Calendly, email relays) handle data subject to their respective privacy terms. HCN does not authorize these parties to use your data for marketing.

6. Data Monetization & Sharing Explicit Prohibition

HCN does not sell, rent, trade, lease, or otherwise monetize user data or focus group insights to third parties. Data is shared only under the following strict conditions:

Legal Compliance: If required by a binding legal order, subpoena, or applicable international law.
Consent: At your explicit, unambiguous direction (such as opting into a specific public-facing research showcase).

7. Global Rights & Compliance (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)

We honor comprehensive privacy rights globally, adapted to a decentralized environment:

Right to Access & Portability: You can request a copy of the centralized data we hold (such as focus group records or communication logs).
Right to Rectification & Deletion: You can request the erasure of your personal data from our central databases.
Note on Blockchain Immutability: Due to the structural nature of decentralized ledgers, data written to a public blockchain (like cryptographic transaction hashes) cannot be altered or deleted. Ensuring that personally identifiable information (PII) is never written to the blockchain is a primary design rule of our platform.
Right to Opt-Out of AI Profiling: You have the right to request that your content inputs bypass automated internal AI processing where applicable.

8. Data Security & Incident Response

In compliance with the NIST CSF 2.0 (Govern, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover) framework, HCN maintains rigorous administrative and technical safeguards:

Isolation: Focus group data and administrative logs are cryptographically secured and isolated from public-facing nodes.
Encryption: All transit data between your local nodes, WebXR clients, and our closed AI environment is heavily encrypted.
Resilience: Because identity layer access is decentralized, a breach of HCN’s central servers cannot expose your account passwords or private wallet keys.

9. Changes to This Policy

We review this policy periodically as HCN's decentralized ecosystem matures. Any major updates—especially regarding expanded focus group scopes or additional blockchain infrastructure—will be accompanied by clear notifications on our primary domains and an updated effective date.
